PITTSBURGH DIAMOND DAWGS PARENTAL RULES OF CONDUCT

The Diamond Dawgs Staff expects all of our parents to handle themselves in a first class manner at all times. You chose our organization to help with the development of your son. We take this responsibility very seriously and our staff will give 100% to make sure each player is treated fairly and has memorable experience. Our coaching staff is unmatched by any other area travel baseball organization. Our coaches have played and coached at the high school, collegiate and professional level.

The hardest job for any parent is to be objective about their child's talent level. Our coaching staff has years of experience evaluating talent at all levels. We field numerous calls every year from college coaches and Major League scouts about our older players. We never lie to them and we will not lie to you. Please allow us to do our job and field the most competitive teams possible at each age level.

Each player was evaluated at every indoor practice. Frank, Dom and Ryan know the strengths of every player in the organization and have input into the lineups of all our teams.

RULES OF CONDUCT

The Diamond Dawg staff thanks you for the opportunity to help develop your son as a player and as a person. We have been doing this long enough to know that we will not please everybody. That is the story with any team in any sport. We will do our best to do whats right for the good of the team....NOT the good of the individual.
