WEEKLY NOTES: WEEK OF FEB 19th ( GOLD UNIFORM JERSEYS WILL BE PASSED OUT ON SUNDAY BEFORE PRACTICE)
There will be White pants with a Black stripe available Sunday to purchase if anybody wants extra pants. Quantaties are limited. They will be sold on a first come first served basis. Pants will be $20 per 1 pair.
1. Sunday the 19th is picture day. Please have White pants with one Black stripe. Players should wear ALL BLACK under the uniform tops. Under armour, t shirts etc.
Anything worn under the game Jersey for pictures must be solid black. Anything with print on the front will show through.
Any spikes, turfs or tennis shoes must be Black. Black and White...Black and Grey...Black and Yellow are all ok. Just no shoes that would look ridiculous with Black and Gold unis
Please have all forms made out if you want to order pictures. Checks are to : Magic Moments
We are doing a yearbook/program that will contain all of the team pictures and individual head-shots of each player. It is important that we get a picture of EVERY player.
If you are in town this weekend you are expected to be at practice at some point. If you have a conflict at your age groups scheduled practice time you need to come at a differnt time slot. Even if you cant stay please make sure you show up at some point between 1:30 and 8
A 2 HOUR BASKETBALL GAME DOES NOT PROHIBIT ANYBODY FROM SHOWING UP AT SOME POINT AND GETTING PHOTOGRAPHED
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO SHOW UP ON SUNDAY AND PICK UP YOUR UNIFORM JERSEY AND GET PHOTOGRAPHED

WEEK OF FEB 12TH
1: UNIFORMS: Players will be responsible for getting their own pants this year. There are to many different styles ( Open bottom, Long, Short ) to try and order them and make everyone happy with one style. Instead of getting pants all players will get a 3rd game Jersey.
ALL PANTS MUST BE WHITE WITH A BLACK STRIPE.......NO EXCEPTIONS. SOLID WHITE PANTS CAN NOT BE WORN IN THE GAMES..
Each player should have at least 2 pair.......pants can be ordered off of the following sites Holloway Auguasta Nike any style is fine as long as
they are White with a Black stripe.....We will be having picture day on Sunday Feb 19th. All players MUST have white pants with a black stripe during pictures.
2: PICTURE DAY: We will be having picture day on Sunday Feb 19th. Lori Seymour owner of Magic Moments Studio will be at practice taking individual and team pics.
Players will be given their Gold uniform Jersey. Forms will be passed out at the end of practice this Sunday with different packages and items that will be available for purchase. Players should bring their baseball spikes for the pictures ( Spikes must be BLACK)

3. BATTING HELMETS: All players must wear solid Black Batting helmets. We will have decals to put on the front of the helmet that I will give to each player when they come in. NO multicolor or other color helmets.
4. SCHEDULES: The 9-14u schedules will be posted on Monday.
WEEK OF FEB 5th
*. Mike Conte (Head Baseball coach at California University and 13 Gold coach) will be holding Baseball Strength and Speed sessions on Tuesday evenings in the Baseball area at the Sportsplex. The sessions are VERY intense and target flexibility, speed, core strentgh, explosion, balance and several strength maneuvers. Sessions are only open to Diamond Dawg players and target the serious player who wants to get stronger and more explosive. MIke is trained in several martial arts disciplines and trains his athletes to get noticeable results.
Tuesday evening sessions: Seesion 1 6:50-7:45 Session 2 7:50 to 8:45 Price: $15 per session
SPOTS ARE LIMITED TO A MAX OF 12 PLAYERS PER SESSION.....email Chamo32@verizon.net to secure a spot
* 2nd Payments are OVERDUE. PLEASE MAIL OR BRING PAYMENT ON SUNDAY.
Amount due varys by age group......Payments were broken down into a deposit plus 3 equal payments to cover the total due.
Each player should have the amount of the deposit plus 2 of the 3 total balance payments paid at this point
* Players are being evaulated weekly and we are setting team rosters...PLAYERS WILL BE PLACED ON THE TEAM THAT WILL GIVE
THEM A CHANCE TO GET THE MOST PLAYING TIME AND IMPROVE THIER OVERALL SKILL LEVEL. OUR PRIMARY GOAL IS PLAYER DEVELOPMENT NOT WORRYING ABOUT WHAT TEAM A PLAYER IS ON.

Parents can view practice from one of the viewing areas.......NO PARENTS ARE PERMITTED AT FIELD LEVEL
Players are being evaluated during every practice session starting Dec 11th. It is vital that players attend practice. Any player
that misses must email me and let me know they wont be attending. Players who have a conflict can attend a practice session that
is held at a different time. ( Please dont have 8s 9s and 10s attend the oldest group session)
ALL CATCHERS ALWAYS BRING THEIR CATCHERS EQUIPMENT
